The London Palladium has accessibility measures in place, including step-free access to the theatre and many of the seats. Assistance dogs are welcome, and there are accessible toilets and bars too.

Peter Pan uses pyrotechnics, loud and sudden noises, strobe and flashing lights, fog and haze. Sign language interpreted, audio described and captioned performances are available, but these will need to be booked directly with LW Theatres.
