How can I cancel my booking?

We know that your time is precious, so we've made cancelling your booking online quick and easy. If you haven't done so already, log in to our website. Once you're logged in press the cancel button and we will send you a confirmation at the end for peace of mind. We've made this handy video to show you the process.

Please follow this process if your booking is non-flexible or inside 24 hours of your arrival date, to arrange a cancellation invoice for a travel insurance claim.
