I have additional accessibility needs, which product is right for me?

We include accessibility information on all of our products. Once you've searched our availability you can select the blue 'info' link for each product, which will give you this information.

Parking spaces for blue badge holders cannot be reserved and pre-bookings should be made in the normal way. If you have a special request and would like some extra advice with one of our experts, or give us a call on 0800 458 8454.

If you've booked a hotel with us you can request an accessible room once you've booked. Requests cannot be guaranteed, but the hotel will try and help wherever possible.
