When will my pick-up time be confirmed?

If you've booked a private transfer your pick-up time will show on your email confirmation. If you've booked a shared shuttle service your pick-up time will be sent via text 24 hours before you are due to travel. Please make sure you give us the correct mobile number when you book.

If you haven't received the text you can check your pick-up time by calling the number included on your email confirmation.
