What if I no longer need the cover after I’ve booked it?

When you book travel insurance you’ll be given a 14-day cooling off period, which starts from the date you booked.

During this time you can cancel your policy for a full refund, as long as the trip hasn’t started, you haven’t made any claims, or intend to make a claim. You can notify us over , or by giving us a call on 0800 083 0591.

If you want to cancel after the 14-day period you’ll receive a refund of 50% for single policies, or 5% per month left of the period of cover for annual policies – but please be aware, you cannot cancel an annual policy if you have already travelled on it or made a claim.
