Do I need to choose a time slot?

You can choose either a 10.30am or 2pm time slot. You won’t be able to change the time slot on your booking once it’s been made.

If your time slot isn’t available we’ll automatically select the closest time slot for your visit. 

If you don’t arrive at your chosen time slot, you may need to wait for the next available entry time. In busy periods we can’t guarantee immediate entry if you miss your arrival time.
