On-site parking is included in the price. It's about a 5-minute walk away from the Palace. The overflow car park is about a 10-minute walk away. 

There are Blue Badge spaces located at the front of the car park for closer access to the Palace.

Don't forget you may need to pay the London congestion charge if you drive into central London.
