The barrier didn't lift for me to enter the car park

When you drove in, you will have been issued with a ticket or token. Insert this into the machine at the car park exit for the barrier to raise. Press the intercom button to speak to a member of staff, quote your Holiday Extras booking reference to show you've prepaid.  A member of the team will lift the barrier for you.
Please do not insert your debit/credit card as you will be charged twice for your parking stay.
