You'll need to make a separate booking for each night you'd like to stay in the hotel. If you need parking too, we recommend making the first booking to include the parking you need - not forgetting the extra night when you get back. The second hotel stay can then be made for just the room (no parking).

If your flight lands after midnight, you will need to book the night before you land. For example, if you land on 2nd December 4am you will need to book the overnight stay for 1st December to ensure the room is immediately available when you arrive. 

If you'd like to request a later check-out time, this will need to be discussed with the hotel directly.
