What do I do if there’s an emergency during my trip?

We have appointed Emergency Assistance Facilities as our dedicated 24-hour emergency assistance service, available over the phone, on live chat or via email. So if there is an emergency you should contact them as soon as you're able – we'd recommend saving the number in your phone just in case. You'll find the contact information in your policy wording.
