How do I use my voucher?

We’re regularly updating this page with news about using your vouchers.

You can now book a new hotel, parking, lounge or airport transfer online using a Holiday Extras voucher.

Here’s how:

If you have a Holiday Extras account

  1. Go to the Holiday Extras homepage
  2. Log in to your account. Look for the “Login” button or check out our handy video that shows you how
  3. Search for what you’d like to book, as you normally would.
  4. Continue to payment and select “pay using voucher” to use some or all of your voucher balance on your new booking.

If you don’t have a Holiday Extras account

  1. Go to the Holiday Extras homepage
  2. Search for what you’d like to book, as you normally would.
  3. Continue to payment and select “pay using voucher” to use some or all of your voucher balance on your new booking.
  4. You’ll be asked to enter your Voucher Reference which you can find on your voucher email.

If your voucher was for a booking made with one of our partners

You can either return to the site you originally booked on and follow step 2 onwards of the "If you don't have an account" section.

Or, you’ll soon receive an email from us with a special link to follow so you can use your voucher.

Making a new booking will reduce your voucher balance by the amount of the new booking. If your new booking is more than your voucher balance you’ll need to pay the difference.

If your voucher was issued for the cancellation of one of our non-flexible products it will be redeemable against a selected range of products. Non-flexible vouchers are valid for 18 months from the date of issue.
