How do I change my booking?

Log in to your account (if you haven’t done so already) to make changes to your booking including car registration and personal details. Our handy video shows you how if you’re stuck.

Bear in mind if you’ve got a non-flexible booking you can’t change the dates or cancel for a refund. If your booking is flexible we need at least 24 hours notice before the stay date to make changes.

Any changes you make to your booking are free, you’ll only need to pay any difference in price - we’ll tell you if this is the case when you change it. If you still need help changing your booking get in touch with one of our experts using our live chat.
