At the time of booking, FairFX would have emailed you for some extra information.  This information is needed before the card can be dispatched.  If you can't find this email, please send your booking reference and full postal address to fairfx@holidayextras.com.  Our team will look into this for you. FairFX cards can take up to 14 days to reach you.
