What are your amendment and cancellation charges?

Parking, hotels, lounges or fast track can be amended or cancelled up to the day before you travel. For car hire it’s up to 48 hours before and up to 72 hours before for transfers. Some of our products have specific terms:

Free Cancellation bookings can be cancelled within 7 days of booking. You’ll be issued with a voucher which you can exchange for a full refund within 14 days.
If you need to cancel after 7 days you’ll get the full amount back as a voucher which can also be exchanged for a cash refund within 14 days, less £10 - we’ll save this amount to your account to use on your next booking.
You can change dates or the product in a few clicks up to the day before your booking starts. There’s no fee for this, you’ll just have to pay the extra if the price is more. We’ll refund your card if the price is less.

Can’t cancel or amend bookings can't be changed or cancelled, and we can’t give any voucher or refund. You’ll still be able to change details like your name or car reg in a few clicks.

Saver bookings can be cancelled for a full voucher refund but you can’t change dates or times. If you need to change your booking you’ll have to cancel, which will give you a voucher to book the same product for the new dates.
There’s no fee to do this, you’ll just need to pay the extra if the price is more. If it’s less we’ll add to the balance on your voucher.
Not sure on your new travel dates? Your voucher can be used on the same product within 18 months.
