What are your cancellation charges?

If you've booked a hotel with/without parking, you can cancel free of charge up until one minute to midnight the day before your booking is due to start. If you try and cancel after this time you will not receive a refund.

If you've booked parking or a lounge, you can cancel up until one minute to midnight the day before the start date on your booking. You will receive a full refund, minus £10.50 cancellation charge, unless you purchased cancellation protection in which case it's a full refund minus the protection cost. If you try and cancel after this time you will not receive a refund. 

Please be aware with any of our products that you can only cancel if you have booked a flexible package. Some of our packages come at a lower cost and therefore cannot be amended, cancelled or refunded. This will show at the time of booking and on your email confirmation.
