What are your cancellation charges?

Great news! We have removed our cancellation charges from flexible bookings.

If you've booked hotel with/without parking, parking or a lounge, you can cancel up until one minute to midnight the day before the start date on your booking. You will receive a full refund in the form of a voucher. If you try and cancel after this time you will not receive a refund. 

Please be aware with any of our products that you can only cancel if you have booked a flexible package. Some of our packages come at a lower cost and therefore cannot be amended, cancelled or refunded. This will show at the time of booking and on your email confirmation.
