My booking starts today, but I need to change it.

The latest your booking can be changed is 11.59pm the day before your booking starts. We recommend getting in touch directly with the supplier to see if anything can be done - their contact details will show on your booking confirmation.

If you’re not able to change it and need a cancellation invoice for a travel insurance claim, cancel your booking and it will show no refund has been given. Confirmation of the cancellation will be suitable for the claim.
