My booking starts today, but I need to change it.

We need at least 24 hours notice before the stay date to make changes. We recommend getting in touch directly with the supplier to see if anything can be done - their contact details will show on your email confirmation.

If you need to arrange a cancellation invoice for a travel insurance claim cancel your booking and it will show no refund has been given. Confirmation of the cancellation will be suitable for the claim.
